Becky met with me accompanied by her husband Eric. Both seemed very excited about Becky's goal to compete in a figure contest. Eric was very supportive.
Looking at Becky's physique I noticed that she didn't have any issues that needed special attention. Well, maybe her mid-section.
Overall Becky had a fairly balanced body. That being said, her physique had no "pop", did not have enough muscle, and just seemed to fall "flat".
As we worked at developing her physique, we began to run into some challenges. Although she was on pace with building the muscle we needed, her conditioning wasn’t getting any sharper. We tried 3-4 different diets with her over the course of a few months before finding something that worked.
Becky also had some trouble with her knees and IT band. Both would regularly bother her when running. So, we would need to create a cardiovascular program which was manageable and did not cause her excessive pain.
After much trial and error, we found a formula that began to show promise. At this point we locked in, stepped on the gas, and accelerated towards getting her ready to do battle on stage.
