Claire had competed the past 2 years at preliminary, then state (Miss Indiana & Miss New York) pageants with hopes of becoming the next Miss America. Although she fared very well at these pageants, she was not able to make it to the Miss America Pageant.

Knowing that 2010 would be her final year to compete (Claire would turn 24 which is the maximum age for competition eligibility) she really wanted a rock solid game plan.

For the Miss America pageant the girls compete in 5 categories: Interview, On-Stage Interview, Talent, Evening Gown, and Bikini.

Knowing that her physique would need to be dominant over a field of very talented girls from all over the country, Claire decided to seek out a “top of the line” solution to get her there. Enter MiBoLife.

When I met Claire I felt she was in pretty good shape, but needed to tone up, sharpen up, and get more crisp and detailed. So, we put together a solid program for her which included weight training, nutrition, and cardiovascular exercise that would propel her towards the ultimate title, "Miss America".


The path:

• January 2010 - MiBoLife Program Begins.
• March 2010 - Miss Manhattan (Preliminary) - Claire is victorious and crowned "Miss Southeast New York" – goes onto Miss New York Pageant.
• June 2010 - Miss New York - Claire is victorious and crowned “Miss New York” - goes onto Miss America Pageant.
• January 2011 - Miss America – Claire makes it to top 12.

  “At the beginning of the year I was looking for the trainer that could help me achieve my goals of becoming Miss New York 2010 and a Swimsuit Winner. I found Ben Yosef and MiBoLife and I accomplished both. Ben's initial presentation, professionalism and preparedness are what really sold me. I think his philosophy of the look rather than the number is most beneficial for the results that we all want to achieve. I was looking for something specific - a pageant physique – so, through our collaboration and conversations, we came up with a great plan to achieve ultimate results. I wanted to go all out, leaving no stone unturned, in preparation for Miss New York. So that’s what we did.  Ben hung in here with me when times were stressful because of everything I was doing in my preparation while still working a full time job. The end of our 4 months culminated with Swimsuit and Evening Gown wins as well as the title of Miss New York 2010!!


  As Miss NY, now in preparation for Miss America, I want to be surrounded by a team who already knows me, knows my body, my talent, my interview, my style and can work together hands on. MiBoLife fits that description, and I came back to Ben.  So here we are!  Miss New York has won swimsuit in the past two Miss America pageants so we are going to be working as hard as we can to uphold that tradition! We've had Day 1 of serious training and let me tell you, I got a huge "welcome back" of soreness, but it is well worth it and I am already excited about my projected improvements.  On to the big show!!”
