When Elaine came to me she informed me that she recently worked with a trainer and had great results. She learned how to work out properly, use gym equipment, use proper form etc… Now Elaine wanted to train for a physique competition. After attending such an event she felt this was really something she wanted to do. Being a 40 year old woman (with a 22 year old son) she didn’t want to waste any time and wanted guaranteed results. I designed a two-phased program for Elaine. Phase one was her 8-week “Off-season”. During this time we would work on figuring out which combination of nutrients would allow her body to perform at its best. We would also begin a rigorous training routine to build out her physique and muscular structure. The second phase would be her 16-week contest preparation. Here we would chisel her down, and dial her in, to reveal a champion physique as her first contest date approached.

  Elaine at the end of the 8 week offseason and the start of the 16 week contest preparation.  She gained a few pounds over the holidays but definitely developed a more muscular foundation.  Now we start the diet.

Ben,

WOW!!!  This is the first thing that enters my mind when I look back at the past 8 weeks of training.   First let me say thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!

Thanks for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself.
Thanks for caring and thanks for your words of encouragement.

There were so many obstacles relating to my health that I had to deal with and there were so many times I just wanted to throw in the towel and give up on training but you were right there to cheer me on.

Thanks to you believing in me and constantly pushing me to do more reps. I have seen dramatic changes in my body.  I am lifting heavier than ever.  You have helped me to realize that I am a lot stronger than I thought.  Another big accomplishment that I have noticed is my form when lifting.  Lifting with the right form has helped not only in the gym, but it has also improved my posture when walking and sitting.

Ben, again thanks for seeing my true potential and not giving up on me.  This comes sincerely from the heart.  This has kept me focused and strong mentally.

When I look at my body now compared to 8 weeks ago I am very happy with my accomplishments thanks to you.   

I have always trained and even had a few personal trainers who were very good and who have helped me to shape my body to where it was 8 weeks ago, but I can honestly say that working with you and being trained the MiBoLife way I saw results within 2 weeks of training.   

When you first created a meal plan specifically for me I was a bit apprehensive because I thought it would be extreme but I was wrong.  I came to realize that, on the MiBoLife plan, I was actually eating more, but more of the right foods.   And, I still kept the weight off.  In the past I always felt bloated after a meal but with your meal plan I no longer feel bloated.  I see eating clean and eating right does have its benefits.  I have my abs which are coming in nicely to show for it.

Now that I am in the contest prep phase of my training I am so excited and I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the transformation that my body will take on.

Ben, I cannot begin to thank you enough.  You exhibit a sincere quality about you as a trainer and I am happy to be apart of the MiBoLife family.

Hi Ben,

We did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Completing my contest prep training and performing on stage was an all time high.

I am not surprised at all about our accomplishments because I saw the drive and determination in you which were transferred into putting together a great meal plan and workout schedule for me.  I went into the show feeling confident knowing that we did everything we could have possibly done to prepare for the day.

At this moment I am overwhelmed with so many different feelings.  I am so happy with the results after sixteen weeks of contest prep.  The transformation my body took was awesome.  I still remember the comments my co-workers made to me.  My most favorite one is, “Elaine you look so good, it looks as if you bought a whole new body”.  To me this meant that my training and diet were working.

Ben, as I have said before, thanks for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself and thanks for pushing me when all I wanted to do was just quit.  Do you remember my varying attitudes?  Ha ha……………..

THANK YOU for making my off-season and contest prep training so memorable.  Before I decided to train with you I heard so many horror stories about dieting and training for a show, but I can honestly say, the meal plan that you specifically designed for me prove those stories wrong.  I kept waiting for the worst of the worst but it never happened.

My body transformation was night and day.  Let me say, I got the six pack that I wanted yeeeeeeeeah!!  As you can see I am still excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I look at my before and after pictures I am just in awe.  I know this is a result of your vast knowledge in diet and nutrition, not to mention your expertise in physical training/workouts.
