Female When Erin came to me to talk about her goals I learned that she had athletic background. Erin was a basketball player and went on to college to play. What Erin wanted to achieve was a more lean and fit look. She wanted to learn how to train more effectively and how to eat more healthily. Erin’s most lofty goal was to compete in her first figure contest. So, I designed a 16 week program catering specifically to her needs. Week 1 - 147 pounds – Size "8" - 25% body fat
Week 6 - 137 pounds – Size "4" - 18% body fat
Letter from Erin after 6 weeks on the MiBoLife Program Dear Ben, Thank You! As simple as these two words are, I want you to understand what they mean to me. My body has completely transformed. Already to a point I never thought possible. Actually, a place I always dreamed about. As cliché as it sounds…now my dream is becoming a reality and I owe it to you. The physical transformation speaks for itself. Who would’ve believed these LEGS would ever start to change? Or I would have shoulders? You believed it before I did and then I took your word and have trusted your knowledge and experience. But the physical is just the tip of the iceberg for me. Taking me through this training/diet has given me insight about myself mentally and emotionally. Trusting someone, setting goals, working hard and seeing it pay off. So Thank You. I enjoy looking in the mirror everyday for changes. I’m proud to show off my body. Something I can’t say I felt before. Thank You. This work / training spills over into my professional life, where my body is everything. You have given me the tools to train a different level clientele. Thank you.
