    After seeing the some of the physiques that were coming out of the MBL camp, Tiffany became very interested.  Ultimately she inquired through a mutual friend who was a MiBoLifer and figure competitor.

When I took a look at Tiffany's physique I knew she had potential. She had what I refer to as a "uniform" body. This means that her musculature, structure, body fat etc... Were all fairly consistent from top to bottom. This may not seem like a big deal but I have worked with many clients who were not evenly distributed and let me tell you there have been many challenges.

So, I got really excited about Tiffany. Also, given her background in gymnastics at the division 1 college level, I knew she had what it would take to push herself.

Tiffany came to me with 16 weeks until her figure debut. So we quickly got to work.
